Bartlett originally began as a small farming community and railroad depot during the 1800s. Originally called “Union Depot,” the town sat on a major rail line running between Memphis and Nashville.
Over time, Bartlett transitioned from a rural station town into one of the largest residential anchors for the Memphis Metro area. However, with aging neighborhoods and dense tree coverage, homeowners face consistent challenges from termites and yard pests that thrive in the region’s humid climate.
